
On the Lamb
1 lb       lamb shoulder, cut into cubes
				1 Tbs      peanut or vegetable oil
				1 Tsp      finely chopped garlic
				1 Tsp      grated fresh ginger
				1 Tbs      dark soy sauce
				3 Tbs      sugar
				1/2 Tsp    Chinese hot sauce
				3/4 Cup    beef stock
				2 Tbs      rice wine vinegar
				1 Tsp      five spice powder
				           Salt to taste
