3 cups    cubed cooked chicken
          (preferably poached breast)
4 fresh   sliced apricots (3 peaches
          or 3 mangos can be substituted)
        chopped crisp apple
2         sliced green onions
1/2       sweet pepper (green, yellow, red,
          take your pick)
1/4 cup   mayonnaise
1/4 cup   plain yogurt
1 tsp     curry powder
1 Tbs     mango chutney or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
