4-6 Tbs olive oil
2 chopped onions
4 cloves chopped garlic
2 lbs cubed pork shoulder
2 Tbs flour
6 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika or chipotle pepper
4 large potatoes, sliced
4 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste
