4-6 Tbs  olive oil
2        chopped onions
4        cloves chopped garlic
2 lbs    cubed pork shoulder

This pork stew, traditionally made with ribs, is a spicy lunch for many grape pickers in Spain, who heat pots of it and enjoy it with a glass or two among the vines.
