Cut the Mustard Recipe Card


4 cups      cubed watermelon
2 cups      cooked shrimp
2 cups      sliced English cucumber
3 Tbs       baking powder
1 tsp       fresh chopped tarragon
            Crushed black pepper to taste
Salad Dressing
Tbs       lime juice
3 Tbs       virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp     dry mustard
1/4 tsp     salt or to taste

Place first 6 ingredients in a salad bowl. Measure the salad dressing ingredients into a small jar. Shake and pour over the salad ingredients and toss. Serve. Perfect for a very hot day. It'll coolya down!
