12 chicken wings, disjointed,
(24 pieces, save tips for stock)
1/2 cup white wine
3 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs white wine vinegar
3 Tbs light soya sauce
1 Tbs dry mustard powder
1 Tbs finely chopped garlic
1 Tsp five spice powder (Chinese grocery stores)
1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Place wings in a 12-inch non-stick frying pan. In a bowl, stir together all other ingredients. Pour mixture over wings and turn burner to high. Cook without lid for 8 to 10 minutes.
