
Advocating Avocado
				
			
1 cup          avocado
				3/4 cup        plain yoghurt
				1              green onion, chopped fine
				2 or more cups chicken stock (Do you prefer thick                 or thin?)
				1 tsp          coriander chutney
Salt and pepper to taste
				1              lemon, sliced, for garnish
				
			
Everything should be cold. This is a summer soup served cold. Do not make ahead!
Throw everything into a blender and use the pulse command. Check on thickness and add more stock if needed. Add salt and pepper according to taste...
