
Lamb-a-palooza!
			
2 Tbs     olive oil
				2 or more lamb shanks
				1 can     chopped tomatoes (28 oz)
				1 can     drained chickpeas (19 oz)
				1         chopped onion
				2         chopped chopped garlic cloves
				2 or 3    bay leaves
				1 Tbs     herbes de Provence
				1 cup     dry wine, red or white
				Salt and pepper to taste
				Chives and chopped parsley for garnish
