Choc-a-Peel

1/2 cup    butter
2 oz       bitter chocolate, chopped
2          eggs
3/4 cup    sugar
1/4 tsp    allspice, freshly ground
1 tsp      good vanilla (use Madagascar)
1/4 tsp    salt
1/2 cup    all-purpose flour
1 cup      walnuts, chopped finely (for more flavor)
1/2 cup    candied orange peel

Place butter and chocolate in a 2-cup glass measuring cup and heat in microwave (I use auto defrost for 2 1/2 minutes). Stir until dissolved and wait about 45 minutes for mixture to cool. Whip together eggs, sugar, allspice, vanilla and salt. When butter-chocolate...
