helpful! Arrange all thighs in a casserole. Pour white wine over top and cook covered at 350C for 1/2 hour. Remove cover and cook another 1/2 hour or until golden. Remove and cover with aluminum foil for 20 minutes. Slice crosswise so you have a pinwheel effect and serve on a warm platter. This is a wonderful meal and really very easy. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and crispy asparagus on the side.

Try not to look smug!

Wines to match: Canadian Riesling or unoaked Chardonnay, or light-medium reds such as French Syrah, Bordeaux, Ontario Cabernet, Chilean or Italian Merlot.
