
Beet The Heat Soup!
1 14 oz     can of beets in their juices 
1 1/2 cup   of beef or chicken stock (homemade             preferably)
            1 1/4 Tsp   salt
            1/2          chopped onion 
            1           large clove of chopped garlic 
		  
             Yogurt and chives to garnish
            
          
Put beets, stock and salt in a blender. Cook onion and garlic in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Add to mixture in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into four bowls and garnish with yogurt and chopped chives. Chill for about an hour or so in the fridge.....
