Good Pud

3/4 cup   raisins
1 cup     cream
2 cups    of milk
3         eggs
1/2 tsp   of five spice powder
1 tsp     vanilla
1/2 cup   honey
A pinch   of fresh grated nutmeg

Mix bread cubes and raisins and place in a buttered casserole dish. (If you want lots of crustiness use a shallow dish and if you want a souffle-like result use a souffle type dish) Whip the other 7 ingredients together using a hand whip and making sure the eggs are incorporated.
