1 tbsp         butter
				1/2 cup         chopped onions
				2              cloves garlic, chopped
				1/4 cup        Beaujolais or dry red wine
				2 tbsp         chopped fresh parsley
				1 tbsp         tomato paste
				Salt and pepper to taste
				1 can (7.5 oz) snails, drained and chopped
				24             mushrooms
				1/4 cup        bread crumbs
				2 tbsp         butter melted
