1/4 cup        Beaujolais or dry red wine
2 tbsp         chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp         tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (7.5 oz) snails, drained and chopped

1/4 cup        bread crumbs
2 tbsp         butter melted
