Salad Makings
1/2     seedless watermelon, cubed
1       English cucumber sliced and cut into half-moons
1/2 cup red onion halved, sliced lengthwise and soaked
        in water 1 hour in fridge
10      yellow plums -or-
1       yellow pepper: your choice, veggie or fruity
        Chopped basil for garnish

Salad Dressing
1/3 cup
very spicy virgin olive oil
1/3 cup
orange juice
2 tsp
  good pesto or make your own
1 tsp
  sea salt or to taste
