...salad and toss. Serve with a slotted spoon. This refreshing salad goes wonderfully well with grilled sausages and grilled meats. If you’re fortunate enough to have salad left you may puree it in the blender and serve as a cold gazpacho soup next day. We did this and we loved it!

Wines to match: Muscadet, Pinot Gris, Riesling, unoaked Chardonnay, dry Rosé, Gruner Veltliner or Loire reds.
