Triple-Treat Compote
...Toulouse sausages, Bayonne ham slices and thin grilled pork chops. It was also wonderful with ice cream for dessert! Truly a triple treat!
Wines to match: Light- to medium-bodied reds like Ontario Pinot Noir or red Burgundy, Cabernet Franc or Tempranillo, or go with a sweet wine such as a Ruby or LBV Port.
