
Hash It Up!
1 cup       leftover BBQ chicken
				1           egg
				2           chopped green onions
				1 tsp       dried tarragon
				1 cup       fresh bread crumbs
				1/2 tsp     salt
				1/4 tsp     allspice
				1/4-1/3 cup wine
				4 Tbs       fresh bread crumbs
			
Place all ingredients except the wine in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add 1/4 cup of wine and continue pulsing. If needed, add more wine until texture is like coarsely mashed potatoes.
Form into patties about 2 inches in diameter. Sauté in olive oil in a no-stick frying pan at medium heat...
