
Salad Days of Summer
			
1/2    seedless watermelon cut in cubes
				1 lb   strawberries sliced
				1      English cucumber sliced and sliced 
				       again in halves
				2      corn cobs steamed, cooled, sliced off the 
				       cob or cheat with canned niblets
				1 lb   salad shrimp
				1/2    red onion sliced very thinly
			
vinaigrette
				1/2 cup   olive oil
				1/3 cup   maple syrup
				1/2 cup   lime juice
				1 1/2     tsp salt
