... Pour the vinaigrette over top and toss. I usually make my vinaigrettes in a jar and shake them. Feel free to whisk in a bowl.

Wines to match: Fresh fruity whites like Rieslings from Ontario or Germany and dry or off-dry rosés from Ontario or the South of France. Chardonnay Musqué or even a luscious Mead would pair perfectly with the hints of sweetness from the corn and shrimp.
