
Ghoulish Goulash
			
2 Tbsp  olive oil
				1 lb    veal, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
				1       large Spanish onion, chopped
				2       cloves garlic, chopped
				1/2 cup white wine
				1/2 cup half and half cream
				1 cup   red wine
			
Salad
				1       cucumber, sliced
        dill, chopped
				        rice wine vinegar
