Ghoulish Goulash
...to the skillet and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Do not boil! Serve with a salad of cucumber, dill and rice wine vinegar and a little sugar if needed. Noodles if you desire! Serves four. It doesn’t have to be Halloween!
Wines to match: Amontillado or Oloroso Sherry, dry or off-dry Riesling, a creamy, buttery Chardonnay from California, a Loire Chenin Blanc from Savennieres or Vouvray.
